CatHi

Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: 2026-10-27

CatHi is an offline soundboard for playing cat sounds. These terms describe use of the app, local settings, and the limits of its playback features.

1. Using the app

Use CatHi for lawful personal or family activities and follow the rules of the store through which you obtained it. The app plays bundled audio; it does not translate animal language or guarantee a particular response from a cat.

2. Purchases and store rules

If you purchase CatHi through an app store, payment and refund requests are subject to that store's applicable process and policies. Refund eligibility is not guaranteed by these terms. The current app does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Nothing here limits consumer rights provided by applicable law.

3. Software and content

Obtaining permission to use the app does not transfer ownership of the software or bundled content or automatically grant permission to redistribute or resell it. Rights provided by applicable law are unaffected.

4. Playback and local settings

Tap a card to play its sound, tap the active card again to stop, or tap another card to switch sounds. Adjust the volume for your surroundings and stop playback if it causes discomfort to people or animals. Sound names describe interaction contexts, not verified translations or behavioral outcomes.

Language and card-order preferences are stored locally. Removing app storage, deleting the app, or a device failure can remove those preferences. CatHi does not provide developer-hosted recovery. See the Privacy Policy for storage, system-backup, and deletion details.

5. Availability and consumer rights

The current playback features and in-app legal pages work offline after installation. Downloading or updating the app depends on the relevant store and device. Features and compatibility can differ between versions.

The app is not guaranteed to operate without interruptions or errors. These terms do not exclude or limit any warranty, remedy, liability, or other protection that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

6. Version and support

The date above identifies this version of the terms. If you obtained CatHi through an app store, use the developer contact or support information provided with that listing for questions about the app.
